Dr. Kidess is relentless when it comes to learning and adding to her already vast knowledge base. I remember from the days when she was in dental school, she was one of the few students to receive a 100% on the practical portion of her board exams, and a 95% on the written part. Since I was in no physical pain, you could have said it can wait until Monday. But, because you are a consummate professional, and care about your patients comfort, both physically and mentally, you met me at your office, and took wonderful care of the problem. Being a dentist myself, I truly understand how annoying these types of emergencies are, and I too treated my patients as you treated me. I cannot tell you how much it meant to both myself, and Jerry, that you cared enough to do this. You are very special, both professionally, and personally, and we want you to know, that it is appreciated, and not taken for granted.
