Another reconstruction case: This case was on a 62 year old female, who had worn down and chipped her front teeth from a combination of bruxism (grinding and clenching her teeth) and using her front teeth as tools over the years. Her treatment consisted of teeth whitening, 4 upper front veneers, and bonding on the upper canines and lower incisors to build up the edges and improve function when chewing. To complete this case we fabricated an occlusal splint that the patient now wears nightly to prevent further damage to her teeth and new restorations.
