Full mouth reconstruction due to severe wear and erosion. Patient had excellent bone and tissue/gum health. Treatment consisted of: Diagnostic Wax-up; Crown lengthening or another term would be gum and bone plastic surgery; Preparation of the teeth and then placing the patient in provisional crowns to the shape of the diagnostic wax-up for 2 months till all Esthetic, Functional issues were resolved and optimized and then seating of the final individual restorations. Great results and the patient can chew and eat his food well, looks great – easily 20 years younger, and was able to preserve his own teeth. We are all thrilled with his results.
Healthy and active +65 year old presented with generalized advanced wear, stain, many fractured teeth. Her treatment involved full mouth reconstruction – diagnostic records, wax-ups, opening her bite to regain lost vertical dimension and crowns on all teeth. All treatment was performed under IV sedation. We have regained excellent function, health and spectacular aesthetics for our patient. She is thrilled and we are thrilled for her.
57 year old man who had a generally failing dentition, with many missing teeth, others severely breaking down and infected. He was a heavy smoker, in a high profile public relations profession for many years and managed through this by never eating in public and never smiling very wide. In fact I had to coax the before picture smile out of him.
He was finally ready to change his life and that included stopping smoking, and full mouth reconstruction with extraction of all his teeth and immediate implants and full upper and lower implant borne prosthesis all under sedation. At no point did he go without any teeth, and even during the interim phases he was in provisional prosthesis that in his words “look better than what I had before”.
You can see how wide he smiles in the after picture and to quote him, “this has changed my life, I find myself smiling more, I feel more energized and healthier than I have in the past 15 years”.

Crown case. This is a case of advanced wear on the front teeth. Patient also wanted to close the gaps he had between his teeth. Treatment was rendered with 4 ¾ crowns on the upper 4 incisors, and composite bonding on the canines and lower anterior teeth to re-establish ideal anterior guidance in movements.
